We use only the highest quality ingredients: fresh organic local fruit from Connecticut, but also ingredients coming directly from Italy and representing Italian excellence such as the Premium Tonda Gentile hazelnuts from Piedmont, the almonds from Apulia and of course the pistachios from Bronte, Sicily.
With no milk or cream, all fruit flavors are gluten free and as such particularly suitable for our intolerant customers; we also provide a special gelato which is lactose free, sugar free and gluten free.
